President Prabowo Subianto recently visited former President Joko Widodo at his residence in Solo to provide updates on his international state visits to countries such as Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Belgium, and France. During the meeting, Prabowo shared details of the progress made, particularly in relation to the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) after a decade of negotiations with the European Union. Accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Prabowo was warmly welcomed by Jokowi and First Lady Iriana upon arrival at 6:00 PM local time. The discussion, described as cordial and relaxed, highlighted key achievements from Prabowo’s 15-day diplomatic tour, including potential trade partnerships with Belarus. Emphasizing Indonesia’s neutral stance and commitment to peaceful cooperation, Prabowo reiterated the country’s reputation for respecting sovereignty and fostering friendships with other nations. The meeting also included State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Angga Raka Prabowo.
