Sugiono, the newly appointed Secretary-General of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) for the 2025–2030 term, expressed his sincere gratitude towards his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, who held the position for 17 years. Sugiono conveyed his appreciation during an event at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan, highlighting Muzani’s significant contributions to the party, especially in leading Prabowo Subianto to the presidency. He also acknowledged Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Gerindra’s Executive Chairman, for his role in building the party. Sugiono emphasized the importance of unity among party cadres to support President Prabowo Subianto’s government programs for a just and prosperous Indonesia. The newly announced Gerindra Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 period includes Prabowo Subianto as Chairman, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as Executive Chairman, Sugiono as Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as Treasurer-General. It is a time for strengthening bonds and solidarity within the party to ensure the success of leadership and national development initiatives.
